At K-Trader, we strive to ensure that our users have ample opportunity to evaluate our tool through a sufficient trial period, which is provided free of cost. As such, we do not offer refunds or cancellations for any subscriptions once purchased. By subscribing to K-Trader, users acknowledge that they have had the opportunity to fully try the software and agree to all terms and conditions outlined on our website.

No Refund or Cancellation:

  • Trial Period: We provide a free trial period for users to assess the functionality and suitability of the K-Trader tool. Therefore, no refunds or cancellations will be processed for any subscriptions once they are activated.

Exceptions for Refund:

We may issue a refund under the following conditions:

  1. Multiple Charges or Excess Payment: If a user is mistakenly charged multiple times or pays an excess amount due to a technical error.

  2. Subscription Activation Failure: If a subscription is not activated due to a technical error even after the payment has been completed.

In these situations, please contact us by emailing support@ktrader.co.in with all relevant details, including the transaction reference number and date of payment.

Non-Refundable Charges:

  • Payment Gateway Charges and Taxes: Please note that payment gateway charges or any applicable taxes will not be refunded under any circumstances.
